Right now I am listening to Marco Rubio continue to say he is the candidate to beat Donald Trump and as of yet he has not won a single primary contest (Minnesota and Alaska are still pending as of 9:35pm central time). In many of the states had he not been in the race, those votes would have gone to Ted Cruz and Mr. Trump would be losing his pants. I think Senator Rubio needs to realize he has to get out or Mr. Trump will be the Republican nominee. Virginia is the only state where he placed higher than third other thank Minnesota (its too early at the time of this blog to call) Senator Cruz on the other hand won Texas, Oklahoma and placed 2nd in Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee and Georgia. I think it is clear who can beat Donald Trump and it is not Senator Marco Rubio. Mr. Rubio it is time to drop out.

Governor Kasich and Mr. Carson there is no path forward and you must drop out as you are costing others delegates and votes that could stop Donald Trump. Several of Mr. Cruz’s 2nd place finishes could have been wins had these two dropped out along with Marco Rubio. Its sad that these three men cannot see this.
The Republican side is energized in this campaign unlike the Democrat side but it could implode if we do not elect a serious conservative. While I will not call Mr. trump a con artist like Marco Rubio is doing, I don’t believe he is a conservative. That being said it is clear that he loves this country and wants it to be the greatest nation on earth. This is what is winning people over. Senator Cruz loves this country as much as Mr. Trump and wants it to be the greatest nation on earth but it will be impossible to overtake Mr. Trump if the overall bottom three candidates do not drop out. Even if Senator Rubio win Minnesota in the end it is too little too late.
