July 15th Rally Against Illegal Immigration

Yesterday Tea Party Patriots put on a great rally called Audit the IRS on the West Side of the Capital and different representatives held a press conference denouncing the current Immigration Bill on the East Side of the Capital.  If you read our previous articles, you will have noticed we posted a report from Breibart stating that Capital Police were trying to prevent TPP activist from participating in the Immigration events on the East Side of the Capital. Of course that decision was reversed because it clearly violates our First amendment right to peacefully assemble and petition the government.

But now we have a chance to join forces with the Black American Leadership Alliance against the Immigration Bill in July.  While at this juncture TPP is not officially involved, I would encourage all patriot groups out there to advertise this rally and get people to it.  It is a great way to support fellow Americans who believe that we should not reward those who break our laws and disenfranchise those 22 million Americans who do not have work.

According to the Black American Leaderhip Alliance’s website – “We believe it is high time that members of Congress act to preserve economic opportunity for American workers – and pass immigration legislation that protects and supports the nearly 22 million American citizens who do not have jobs, or cannot find adequate employment to support their families.

Economists report that labor participation in the U.S. is at its lowest rate in over 30 years. Yet, despite these sluggish economic conditions, some in Congress have put forth immigration proposals to increase legal immigration levels by 50% and provide amnesty to over 11 million people who have entered the country illegally. We stand against these proposals, as they will result in adding millions more to the U.S. labor force, putting millions of American citizens out of work.”

I could not agree with them more on this issue and hope that all of you will support them.  Below is a link to the article and their website regarding the rally.
